01 — What we do

Our Services

01

Residential Care

Residential care suits people who need regular assistance through the day and night, where support at home is no longer enough.

02

Day Care

Day care offers company, activity and support during the day, with everyone returning home in the evening. It gives family carers a reliable, planned break.

03

Supported Living

Supported living helps adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs or physical disabilities to live in their own home with tailored support.

04

Respite Care

Caring for a relative is demanding, and rest is not a luxury.

05

Dementia Care

Dementia care is built around the individual: what they enjoy, what unsettles them, and the routines that keep the day predictable.

06

Palliative & End-of-Life Care

Palliative care focuses on comfort, dignity and choice.

06

Live-in Care

A carer lives in the home and provides round-the-clock support, so people can stay where they are most comfortable rather than move into residential care.

02 — Our approach

A Personal Care Plan for every person we support.

Care is never delivered from a template. We begin with a conversation — with the person, their family and the professionals already involved — and build a plan that is reviewed as needs change.

01- Free assessment

A no-obligation visit to understand needs, routines and what matters most.

02- Your Personal Care Plan

Written with you and your family, covering care, preferences and risks.

03- Carefully matched carers

We match on skills and personality, and keep the same faces wherever we can.

04- Ongoing review

Regular reviews and open communication as needs change over time.
“They didn’t just look after Mum, they learned how she likes her mornings, and they kept them exactly that way.”
